Baby Mia

Welcoming Baby Mia Dahlia..
Born on 21st April 2009 at Burnside Hospital, Adelaide.
She weighs 3.3kg, 40 cm in length.
Congrats to the new parents, Miza & Khairul! She looks exactly like the daddy.(^_^)

I have about 16 hours left before leaving back to KL.
The best thing, Mr Bert is gonna pick me up at the airport! *yeay*
Can't wait to see him!

After lunch today, will be going to Del Amo for last minute shopping.
If I have time (and enough money), I wanna go to my shopping haven, VS! hehe..
So far alhamdulillah, 80% of the things has been bought. So now, can save a lil bit more monthly.

Okay, laundry time.. so this is my last entry in the states.

blogging from torrance..

Last week, I had an outing with the gals before my trip.
And Farah needed a ride home, so I drove her home.
Usually, I would wait for her to go inside her gate, then I will drive off.
But today..her hubby was there..standing near the gate with his kain pelekat.
I find that..so sweet!
I realised that it has been quite a long time since I send Farah back home, and after she got married, her hubby would usually tag along during our outings.
So this, first time after a long time, sending Farah home was something extra pleasent for me.

It makes me think about marriage..or being married.
I know is not long for me.. 8 months from now I will be married.
But, there's lots of expectation.. lots of responsibilities.. lots of unexpected things that is bound to happen.

Like being with my papa here..
suddenly I have this sense of "responsibility" in the kitchen.
The cooking, the cleaning,the washing..
is like.."Automatic" if you may say it..

I hope I will be like that too when I'm a wife.
I hope Mr Bert will be waiting for me to come home after my gal's outing.
I hope everything will be okay, as long as he is there for me.

Okay fine.. I miss my Mr Bert (hence the entry above).. not easy being long distance with him..
Plus, it doesn't help when I forgot to bring my phone charger (hitting my head against the wall)!
So, I have to rely on emails..or occasionally borrowing pa's phone to msg or call..hehe.

Updates? So far I've done my shopping for Mr Bert.*hooray!*
Now looking for my things..maybe can find it in Vegas, which we will be going this afternoon.
Maybe I can go to my shopping haven again..VS! hehe..
Was in the land of Micky Mouse yesterday..is magical as always.
A few more days till I go home.. time sure flies!

Surfing USA..

Greetings from LA everybody..
My bro& I arrived at 3am Msian time, 12pm LA time.
We had a total of 16hours journey, with an hour transit in Taipei.
Although I am sorta sleepy right now, but I am trying to keep myself awake so that I will not be jetlag. Emer dah masuk tido..
Pa's crib is wonderful.. very balinese, with lotsa frog & horse for deco (seriously!)
Now deciding what should we do on saturday.. hollywood, disneyland or universal studios.
All we have been..years ago..hmmm..
Okay..gonna watch TiVo. Missed last nite's American Idol.
Later now..

..am leaving on a jetplane..

In less than 9 hours time, I will be in the plane, amongst the blue sky & cotton candy clouds.
I've packed minimal, as I am afraid that I'll shop more when I'm there..hehe..
Must remember.. focus on hantaran, less on soveniers.
Focus for Mr Bert & self! not others.
Keep track of the money.. don't over spend.
And most importantly... enjoy this short holiday!

Am still thinking whether I should bring a laptop or not.
Maybe I shouldn't.. I can always borrow Emer's or Papa's when am there.
Will try to blog whenever I can..

This week.. Mr Bert has been extra sweet & romantic towards me.. and I am enjoying every single minute of it! (^_^)
Makes me feel more in love with him than ever..
Through out our relationship, this week I have finally got to see the softer side of him..awww..
Am thankful that things are going great.. Alhamdulillah..

Have been busy this week, attended the ECEC conference. Next week I will be flying off.. Hopefully I have time to write when I'm there. Need to start packing!

It has been a Super busy week for me:- teacher on leave, field trip to zoo negara, 2 HOS meetings..
not to mention the pending paperwork in my office! (O_0)
plus, I have a 3 days conference next week, and am going for my annual leave the week after.
so theres SO MANY THINGS, but so little time!

And yes..time sure flies.. today is officially 1 month! (^_^)
Alhamdulillah..

This saturday is my window shopping day with my favourite ex-housemate, Emma!
It will be just like the good ol' days.. can't wait!

Anyways, I will reside at my grandma's this next whole week.
Babysitting the girls while their parents are away.
I am actually in the office, blogging before the school starts.
Dental demo for my 6 year olds today.. time for some senyuman colgate! :D
