Lunch with Amy & Mus & Being a "Buddy"!

Today as planned, Amy & her friend, Mus are coming to my house for lunch.(actually their main purpose is to see the cats..hehe) When I realised that we didn't have any drinks to serve, I made a quick visit to Foodland & bought extra stuff. While I was food-shopping, I got a call from Gladys, the International Student Officer & she asked me to come for the Volunteer Buddy Traning that very same day! Gosh! So now, I have to cut short my lunch, and go to City East for this traning! perghh..talk about last minute!

Anyway, the lovely gals came, right after ED (it was season 3, the wedding episode.. !!) They brought some keropok & a choc cake for desserts! And after lunch, its cat playing time! I didn't get to take any pics, but you can have a look at Amy's blog. Proudly to say, Kaka & Dida behaved themselves! good cats!

Then, in a rush-and-tense mode, Emma sent me to the training. Met up with Ann there, also wanted to Volunteer. I was happy to know that the volunteer buddies can choose their own timetable of when they wanna come in, or not come in. It's such an easy job! woo hoo.. (without getting paid, that is..) but its pretty cool..I'm a Buddy now..yeay!
