It was MJ Memorial yesterday. Some of my teachers stayed up to watch it live on TV.
I waited until I got home after work to watch it. It has already been repeated in CNN, E! News, Channel V..so yeah, I didn't miss a thing.
My favourite performance? Usher's version of 'Gone to Soon'. Everything about the song, the lyrics suited the whole ceremony. I was very touched by the song.
I was also touched by Brooke Sheilds' speech. I got teary watching her talk.
My bestie just posted her entry about giving her speech for my wedding day.
I can sorta imagine.. me at the main table, laughing at some personal jokes, and also crying my eyeballs out throughout her speech.
Oh gosh.. shades, pressure's on you! hehe..
