Somewhere over the rainbow..

What a beautiful sight to start the day.
When I was on the way to work, it started raining, but there was sun in the sky.
And we all know when rain + sun, equal to a rainbow!
Obviously I couldn't take the pic of the rainbow while driving, so once I reached school, I took the picture, which shined across the Bangsar Mosque.
Munckin, this is our first rainbow we shared! :)

Speaking of rainbows, I've always love rainbow colours.
Even for lesson plans, or when writing notes, I love using all the 7 colours of the rainbow. One of my favourite lesson plan is to teach children about the colour of the rainbows, I get them to to colour & use crepe paper to create their own rainbow. They love it.

The other day, out of the blue I suggested Mr Bert that I wanted Munckin's room to be in RAINBOW colour. Mr Bert gave me the 'look'.
"I want Munckin's room to be colourful.."
" Okay.." he said sarcastically..

Fine..maybe not the entire room..but some elements must be in Rainbow..
I better start surveying for colourful things for the room! :)

Updates about my 14 weeks pregnancy:-
1) I don't feel sleepy thru out the day, unlike the weeks before. I can sustain my energy through out the day. (But once I reach home, the cat nap is a MUST)

2) I don't like eating my own cooked meals. Surprisingly Mr Bert will still eat my cooking (entah sedap ke tak). But for myself, I feel nauseous when it comes to my own cooking. Even sandwiches! I don't mind if I eat other ppl's cooking, or if I buy food from the shop. But not my own food.. Not sure why.. (lazy to cook maybe? :P)

3) I love eating "kids" food. The other day when I went groceries shopping, I bought vitagens, cheese dips, froot loops cereals.. I eat these kiddies food rather the 'adult' food that I usually eat. Maybe is to bring out my inner "child" spirit.hehe..

4) I am missing my family a lot. No doubt, it is just 45 mins drive & am back to my parents' home, but I think of them more often.. a slight homesick maybe?

5)Aside from the kiddies food, I love to eat rice. Nasi Lemak, Nasi goreng..RICE! According to Mr Bert, my face dah mula tembam. Geez..

6)Am starting to get back aches a little.. is kinna early in the pregnancy right?

7)Tummy is begining to show.. Munckin is getting bigger.. *yeay*

Congrats Mawar & Mr M for their new bundle of joy.. Muhammad Hamzah Hafizuddin.
Born at 9.30pm on 29 Apr 2010 at Prince Court Hospital.
He weighs 3.47 kg... kus semangat!
Baby Hamzah looks like his daddy :)
