Also, instead of a group of ladies reciting the Marhaban, there was an ustaz (the same ustaz who read doa during my wedding ceremony) to lead the Berzanji & Doa. Beside Batrisyia, my new born cousin, Suri, was also in the spotlight for the ceremony, since she was just 2 months older. Here is my grandma snipping bits of Batrisyia's hair.
I didn't take much photos, as my cousins were already 'running' around the living room, taking snapshots of the event. But my mom wanted a pic of me with her, so here's us together. (I was wearing the Jubah I bought in Mekah way back in 2002. I can't fit into my baju kurungs now.)
And here are some adorable shots of Munckin's future playmates...
Baby Suri
Baby Elyana
The other 2 nephews, Afnan & Arfan, are in Johor. Wah, ramai kawan Munckin nanti! I can so imagine the kids playing together during family gatherings.. ;)

The past 2 days, I've been meeting up with my relatives, and some of the comments I hear are:-
"Oh, you've put on weight.."
"Dah nampak dah berisi.."
"You look glowing meen.."
"You look more radiant than before.. congrats.."
Well..some are good, some are unpleasant comments.. Well, I take in all the comments .. As I said before, am not too sensitive about my weight issue, as I have a valid reason to put on those extra pounds.
And as for my very pleasant comments, I asked Mr Bert " Do I really look radiant now?"
"Well, if ppl say so, then that's right then.."
"But, how come you never say anything to me? :( "
"Well..because I see you everyday.."
Whatt la Mr Bert.. excuses! :P Meet my hubby, who rarely gives compliments to his wife.. But, I know deep down, he cares & loves me dearly. Today, upon request, I managed to get something I want from him! (and it is doesn't cost a thing..) All I need to do is just to tell him, and geez, how easy was that! (Should have done it a LONG time ago..tee hee). Thank you dia.. *muaxxx*
