Pre-Booked!

Folks, I am officially pre-booked!

Alhamdulillah.. everything went really well..
I was so anxious & nervous about the whole thing.
In the morning, after a tak-lena-sgt tido, I was sorta in a bad mood.
Not bad mood la.. My anxiety was taking over me, and I was in a 'daze' mood.

Now I know how Suci felt during her nikah.
It's not that we're not happy or excited.. but, the fear of anything that can spoilt the event.
I was so scared, that I even thought that they were not coming! (They came about 45 mins late)


So, I was minding my own business..did my laundry, helped in the kitchen.
Then, Mama came to me & said..

"Since we have the time now,why don't you go up & sembahyang Dhuha, sembahyang hajat.. Doakan everything will go well".

So I did.. I prayed..and I actually cried..
At that point, you just have to tawakal to Allah.. it is in His hands..

When they arrived, I had to be 'quarantined' upstairs.
Even an exciting CSI episode didn't get to hush my anxiety away.
I couldn't sit still. I went inside my room, then out. I was sitting down, then stood up, walked around.

Then suddenly..
"Meen, meh turun bawah.."

I stepped down, and I saw everyone was smiling.
I sat next to his mom, and she took my hand..
"Bismillah..." she said, and she wore the golden ring on my left finger.
and with that.. I am officially pre-booked!
Wow.. after all that hi-wire feelings.. it all ended smoothly.. Alhamdulillah..


So then, we ate, mingle around, took pics..
Before you know it, they had to leave to the airport.
After saying our goodbyes, I had my solo photoshoot taken by my bros.
Emer actually took a total of 900 shots of this event.. imagine that!
And of course I didn't wait. I went thru ALL the pics.. looking at which shot looks nice & all.

Then suddenly..I fell asleep!
I think, all the hecticness ran off... suddenly my body needed the rest.

I had a deep sleep.

After my nap, the family quickly dressed up to go watch Magdagascar2.
Mr Bert met up with us at the cinema.
He was looking so tired, after all that driving..cian dia..
It was our actual first cinema date.. with the family! hehe..
The movie was hillarious.. so funny la those silly animals..

After our movie session, we headed off to Chilies for supper.
Mr Bert had to leave early.. he needed the rest..

Overall, the day was a happy & good day for me.
Alhamdulillah.. Mr Bert now is officially my FTB! (Fiance- to-be) hehe..
