Without realising it, I have been diagnosed with the
Wallflower syndrome.
I been playing the role as the wallflower:
feeling scared + didn't bother to do anything bout it.
Now, everytime I find myself thinking about how hurt I've been, I should say:
"I let go of that pain so that I have more room for happiness in my life. I am free now- the past can't hurt me anymore". That's my medication for the cure, once or twice a day till I'm better.
