I wanna dance with somebody

Last night, I watched the dvd 'Honey', starring Jessica Alba. The dance chereography was pretty cool.. I even watched the Bonus Features bit, about 'Make your move-dance like Honey'. Kinna reminded me of my youthful teen years, and how I wanted to have my own dance studio + chereograph dances for videoclipsl.. *berangan-ing* haha..those good ol' days..


Then, I came across Yamud's blog, where he + his friends did this dance routine of Rossa's Pudar.. oh my gosh, it was HILLARIOUS! I wish I was in the video too.. hehe..such sporting friends! Yamud, you da man! Now I feel like dancing again..

Today, 3 of my friends told me their

Miza said "so i think it's unnecessary.. tapi dats my 2 cents worth opinion la hehe"

Suci said "I don't know much about it, so I can't put my 2 cents in it.."


"A penny for your thought", that's what people always say....and I've collected 6 cents worth! hehe..

the perfect man

Today, I became an official member of Adelaide's Library + Community Centre. This is the place where you can borrow up to 8 Cds, 5 Dvds, and about 8 books at one time. So, mai + I borrowed a whole lot! (From Hansons to Thirsty Merc, from Willie Wonka + the Chocolate Factory to Polar Express..) So, theres heaps to watch + listen for the week..


And one of the Dvds that we borrowed was "The Perfect Man", starring Hillary Duff + Heather Locklear.



Yes, we thought it would be a typical teenage movie:- boring, silly + SO typical. But since we both haven't watch it, we're like..
"yeah, why not..".


Well guess what... I CRIED! and I loved it!


(yeah, laugh all you want.. but I aint ashamed to admit it!)


Is either I'm starting to have my PMS, or the movie kinna touched my heart to a certain extend. haha..


Actually, I find the movie...rather ok. Not a typical teenage movie. This one has an edge.. has a lil bit more fun, and meaning.. quite sweet & touching too..


There's a lot of things I like from this movie. I like how blogging + chatting was part of the movie, how they show all those fantastic + lovely icing cakes (I have been passing a cake shop near my house which does that.. LOVE those cakes!), I like the little kid who is superb in spelling, I love how Carlson from Queer Eye was being so vain + hillarious, and how Chris Noth (a.k.a Mr Big from Sex & the City) was like the 'ideal man'..


And as always, there are a few lines in the movie I loved.. =)

TODAY..I got mail from my bestie Shades!!

I WAS SOOOO HAPPY.

She sent me a belated birthday card..the words in the card were meaningful..Also, she gave me a 'selamat berpuasa' card (self-made paper-card more like it..haha), which has a poem created by her for me!

It goes like this..

I have a friend who's name is Meen,
But no, no no, she is SO not mean,
She's a bubbly girl, who's ever so fun,
She makes you laugh until CONFIRM cannot run,
(walk also cannot, sit down pun seksa,
sakit perut & dada..)
I'm glad to have her in my life,
But no la, I wouldn't want to make her my wife..
Hehe..best friends only laa...OK!

Speaking about besties, the other day I was chatting with my other bestie, Zaf , and she is planning to go on a holiday in Aussie this December! WOOHOO~ She is gonna celebrate Xmas, Boxing Day + New Year's in Melb, and in between those days she'll come + visit me in Adelaide! Double YEAY!


I might consider to go down to Melb for Xmas since she'll be around, but IF Shades is able to join Zaf for her Aussie Trip, I'm SOOOO gonna celebrate new year in Melb!

I have been buying Cheerios lately to get FREE Ronald Dahl books!
The books are "George's Marvellous Medicine", "Fantastic Mr Fox", + "The Twits" .

I feel like a kid again~

Mental note: should read more books in the future..adult books included..

Now we can go buy other cereal brands for the house. =)
